These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tiny Reads iOS app. By using Tiny Reads, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Tiny Reads provides short educational reading content for general interest and personal use.
You agree to use the app in a lawful and respectful way and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the app or its services.
Content
Tiny Reads content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other specialized advice.
We try to provide useful and accurate content, but we do not guarantee that every article will be complete, current, or error-free.
Purchases
Tiny Reads offers optional in-app purchases, including one-time tips to support the developer and category expansion packs that unlock additional reading cards. All purchases are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store, in accordance with Apple's own terms and payment methods.
Category expansion packs are one-time purchases tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices using the app's Restore Purchases option. Tips are non-refundable voluntary contributions and do not unlock additional content or features.
Refund requests must be made directly to Apple, in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policies — the developer of Tiny Reads does not process payments or refunds directly.
Intellectual Property
Tiny Reads, including its design, app structure, text, visual assets, and related materials, is owned by its developer or licensed for use in the app.
You may use the app for personal reading. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or republish app content or assets without permission.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tiny Reads at any time. Some features may depend on network availability, Firebase services, or App Store distribution.
No Warranty
Tiny Reads is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Tiny Reads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
